  • 🗓️Summer birthdays (June–August) reserve May 1–31; September–May birthdays reserve August 1–October 31
  • ⏰Reservations for birthdays in October must be placed by September 15th
  • ⏰Reservations for birthdays in November must be placed by October 15th
  • 🔴Reservations for birthdays December through May must be placed by October 31st

PTA Memberships at the Golden Bear level include free birthday sign reservations for every Bear in the family. If you're a Golden Bear member, your free signs are handled directly by the PTA — you do not need to purchase through this page. Please reserve through rnepta.com.

Pick your child's birthday and school year before reserving. The page will check the signup window, the prior-month deadline rule, and the final October 31 cutoff.

Important Dates

Birthday Sign Deadlines

June–August birthdays reserve May 1–31. September–May birthdays reserve August 1–October 31, with some months due earlier — use the checker before paying.

    Reservations open for summer birthdays
    Families may begin reserving birthday signs for June, July, and August birthdays.
  2. May 31
    Summer birthdays due
    Reservations for June, July, and August birthdays close.
  3. August 1
    Reservations open for September–May birthdays
    Families may begin reserving birthday signs for the school year.
  4. August 15
    September birthdays due
    September birthday requests must be submitted by August 15.
  5. September 15
    October birthdays due
    October birthday requests must be submitted by September 15.
  6. October 15
    November birthdays due
    November birthday requests must be submitted by October 15.
  7. October 31 Final deadline
    December through May birthdays due
    After this date, no additional birthday sign requests can be accepted for December–May birthdays until next school year.

When do reservations open for the school year?

Reservations run in two windows: May 1 through the last day of school (May 31) for June–August birthdays, and they reopen August 1 through October 31 for September–May birthdays.

What's the submission deadline?

June, July, and August birthdays are due by May 31. For the rest of the school year, signups open August 1 and close October 31, but some birthday months have earlier deadlines: September birthdays are due August 15, October birthdays are due September 15, November birthdays are due October 15, and December through May birthdays are due October 31. Use the checker before paying.

I'm a Golden Bear PTA member — do I need to pay?

No — Golden Bear level PTA memberships include free birthday signs for every RNE Bear in the family, handled directly by the PTA. You do not need to purchase through this page — please reserve through rnepta.com.
